Que faut-il vérifier auprès de votre fournisseur de déambulateurs avant de commander ?

The EG-02’s modern appearance can help it fit a retailer’s product range. For a private-label order, the next step is to agree how that design will be supplied under your brand. That conversation needs to cover the exact configuration and the information your team will use to approve it.

Agree on the version being quoted

At ELPH Guard, the EG-02 frame can be a starting point for your own branded rollator. Preset wheels, bags and backrests provide options for the finished product, while logo placement and colors help define its appearance.

The quotation should identify your chosen combination, including the accessories supplied with each unit. A reference photograph is useful here. If the quoted version differs from the photograph, those changes need to be written down before you request the sample.

This gives both sides a defined product to discuss when reviewing price. It also helps your team keep the intended look consistent across the product, retail images and packaging artwork.

Check the figures that affect your range

For the reference EG-02 aluminum rollator, the product net weight is 7.7 kg (16.9 lb), and the rated user weight is 300 lb (136 kg). Its standard wheel arrangement has 10-inch front wheels and 8-inch rear wheels with TPR tires.

When reviewing a sample, weigh it with the accessories you intend to supply. Keep that configuration consistent when comparing alternatives. A lighter quoted weight is difficult to interpret if one version includes the bag and backrest and another excludes them.

Dimensions deserve the same attention. Seat measurements and handle adjustment help you assess the range of users the product may suit. Folded dimensions are relevant to customers who need to store or lift the rollator into a vehicle. The product page provides the reference specifications; confirm any changes for your order with us.

Connect the model with its documents

Our About page provides Intertek report GZHH00645522 for the submitted FD18802 / EG-02 sample.

Review the report’s sample description and stated testing scope against the configuration under consideration. The report includes exclusions, so its findings should be used within that scope. If your proposed version changes, confirm whether the available documents remain applicable or further assessment is needed.

Include your destination market when requesting documents so we can review the records relevant to your project.

Approve the sample and delivery details together

Sample review should include the packing and user instructions. Check the work needed after opening the carton and whether your customer can follow the assembly information. Final external carton dimensions and packed gross weight are separate inputs for your freight quotation.

Keep the approved sample and written specification as the order reference. Any agreed changes should appear in that record, together with the final branding and packing details. Your team can then review later orders against the same version.

ELPH Guard’s MOQ is 500 PCS. The quotation should also settle the model and color arrangement, sample charges and production schedule. Where you need spare parts, agree on the compatible items and quantities before ordering.

To discuss a project, send your preferred model and expected quantity through our OEM/ODM inquiry form, along with your destination market and any proposed changes.
